Refund and Returns Policy


if you are not completely satisfied with our products due to a manufacturing or quality defect, we will replace the product with the exact same, style and colour chosen. The return of any Beauty & Hair Australia product will not be not accepted should the item show any evidence of being opened, altered or used. You must notify Alpha aaWig Shop and return the item within 7 days of receipt of order. All returns MUST comply with these guidelines and will undergo a full quality inspection upon their return. Refunds will not be given for change of mind. This does not impede on your statutory rights.

1. Please email to request a return and we will assign you a Case Number.

2. Mail your returned item to our listed address.

3. Package the product and original invoice properly for shipping including a signed letter stating the reason for your return.

4. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, as transaction Fees incurred by the Merchant to process your payment.

5. All returns must be sent to us via Registered Post. Alpha Wig Shop will not be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

6. After we receive your return, allow up to 7 days for your matter to be processed.


We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $250 and a Flat Rate Shipping cost of $20 on all other orders. Shipping is via FedEx, UPS or DHL  (signature on receipt) with a delivery timeframe of 1-3 business days for metropolitan areas, however outer regions can incur a longer delivery time. At checkout there is also an option for Express Shipping which costs a flat rate of $35. Note: Free shipping does not apply to custom made orders.

International shipping is possible withi 7 working days and we offer a Flat Rate Shipping cost of $39.95 on all orders with a delivery timeframe of 3-10 business days. Free Shipping is NOT available on international orders. Please contact Alpha Wig Shop for any further details in regards to international shipping.

Please note we try our best to stock all the most popular styles and colours in store which will be sent out for delivery within 24 hours of order placement. Unfortunately due to a large range of colours and styles, if the item is not in stock we will notify you via email within 24 hours and delivery time is estimated between 5-7 business days (10-14 days).


All orders are automatically processed as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, whilst we understand orders may need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee (based on the full retail price)

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures.


Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above – including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
